Document Access Policy for Transfer of Title, Selling or Refinancing
Effective January 1, 2021 documents that must be obtained from Docutrieve – (808) 533-2292 or www.docutrieve.com include:
- Minutes, house rules, financials, budgets, the reserve study and/or documents that are required for a real estate transaction, for the purpose of transfer of title, selling or refinancing a unit or home within the Maui Lani Community Association.
- All recorded Documents; such as, Declaration, Bylaws, Amendments, etc. and Disclosures.
- Requests from Realtors, Lenders, Attorneys, Foreclosure Commissioners.
