Maui Lani Community Association’s Famous Multi-Family Community-Wide Garage Sale is held in April & October of each year. Even the gated communities will have their gates open during those hours, so you can access their goodies that they have for sale.

- Sandhills Estates – Located off Waiinu Road and Maui Lani Parkway
- The Island & Bluffs – South entrance located at the top of Onehe’e Avenue North entrance located at the top of Maui Lani Parkway and Waiinu Road The Island & Bluffs entry gate will be held open for the sale
- The Legends & Na Hoku at Maui Lani – Kuihelani Highway onto Maui Lani Parkway turn onto Ho’oheno Street into the Legends
- The Traditions – Located on Kamehameha Avenue. Entrance across from Pomaika’i School
- The Parkways –Located on Kamehameha Avenue
