DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE (DRC)

The Design Guidelines for Maui Lani have been carefully developed to assist you, as an owner of a property in this unique, master-planned residential community, in designing or altering your home. The Design Review Committee (DRC) is the entity that reviews your proposed new or altered home proposals and approves the professionally-prepared plans that you are required to submit, prior to moving forward with your project. Please familiarize yourself with the Design Guidelines so that the Review Process goes as smoothly as possible.
